The JESUS Film Project distributes the film "JESUS," a two-hour docudrama about the life of Christ based on the Gospel of Luke. The film has been seen in every country of the world and translated into hundreds of languages since its initial release in 1979. Our goal is to reach every nation, tribe, people and tongue, helping them see and hear the story of Jesus in a language they can understand. So whether a person speaks Swahili, French, or a language whose name is extremely difficult for most to pronounce, he or she will encounter the life and message of Jesus in a language "of the heart."
Many mission experts have acclaimed the "JESUS" film as one of the greatest evangelistic success stories of all time. The ultimate success of this project won't be measured by how many people have already seen it, but by how many will follow Him after seeing this film.
Through use by The JESUS Film Project, and more than 1,500 Christian agencies, this powerful film has had several billion viewings worldwide since 1979. On top of that, the great majority of those heard the story of Jesus in a language they easily understand.
As a result, more than More than 200 million people have indicated decisions to accept Christ as their personal Savior and Lord.

You'll find MAF in the hardest-to-reach locations, where people live isolated from the rest of the world, cut off from the most basic necessities. Our highly trained pilots maneuver Cessna and KODIAK aircraft through rugged terrain. And while passengers might hold their breath, MAF pilots skillfully land at short, unimproved airstrips on the sides of mountains, in jungle clearings, or on tropical rivers—to bring medicine and doctors, disaster relief, education, evangelists, Bible translators, food supplies, agriculture and clean water projects, and more. Why do we do it? Because we’re passionate about sharing Christ's love beyond where the road ends.

In 1938, the ministry started with a radio program called Detroit Bible Class. Since then, our audience has grown from a small group of dedicated radio listeners to millions of people around the world who use our Bible-based resources.
Over the years our name has changed to better reflect the variety of resources we offer. Today, we realize that most people recognize who we are by the well-loved devotional Our Daily Bread. So we changed our name to Our Daily Bread Ministries to more clearly communicate who we are. Although our name has changed, our focus remains the same: reaching out to people all around the world with the message of God’s love.
We’re a non-denominational, non-profit organization with staff and volunteers in over 35 offices working together to distribute more than 60 million resources in 150 countries. Regardless of whether it’s a radio or television broadcast, DVD, podcast, book, mobile app, or website, we provide materials to help people grow in their relationship with God.
Since 1996 SAT-7 has been working to illuminate countries in the Middle East and North Africa with God’s love. The ministry currently has five channels (SAT-7 ARABIC, SAT-7 PARS, SAT-7 KIDS, SAT-7 PLUS and SAT-7 TÜRK), each of which holds to a similar ethos - show viewers God’s love, give local churches in the region a satellite TV platform to educate and encourage their communities, combat misconceptions about the Christian faith in the region, work inter-denominationally, and foster bridges of understanding with the much larger non-Christian majority without compromising the truth of God’s Word.
Radical trust and willingness to sacrifice were distinctive marks of early WEC. Faith and obedience characterised members of the new movement. Out of passion for Christ, trust in his leading and a deep desire to bring the gospel to those who had no opportunity to hear, C.T. Studd was led by God to Central Africa in 1913. Others joined in the work and with the valuable help of his wife Priscilla in England, the Heart of Africa mission was born.
C. T. Studd named the earliest principles the “Five Smooth Stones” from the stones David selected for his battle against Goliath:
• Absolute faith in the deity of each person of the Trinity.
• Absolute belief in the full inspiration of the Old and New Testament Scriptures.
• Total commitment to know and to preach only Jesus Christ and him crucified.
• Obedience to Christ’s command to love all who love the Lord Jesus sincerely, without partiality, and to love all people.
• Absolute faith in the will, power and providence of God to meet all our needs in his service.
Focus and urgency marked their methods. Their strategy was to identify the parts of
the world that were unevangelised. Then by obedience to the Spirit’s leading, faith,
prayer, commitment, and sacrifice they sought to make Christ known in those places
as quickly as possible.
God’s promise to C.T. Studd was that his journey was not only for Africa. It was for
the whole unevangelised world. The work expanded and the name Worldwide
Evangelisation Crusade was adopted in 1919. In 1982 the name became WEC
International. In this name WEC stands for ‘Worldwide Evangelisation for Christ’.
WEC has grown over the years and although our name has changed, our core passion
remains - loving Christ and making him known. Radical trust, willingness to sacrifice,
faith and obedience, focus and urgency mark our lives. We value the past while
remaining committed to following the Spirit’s leading for effectiveness today.
For more than 70 years, Wycliffe has helped people around the world translate the Bible into their own languages. We also help with language development, literacy and other spiritual and physical needs.
In 1917 a missionary named William Cameron Townsend went to Guatemala to sell Spanish Bibles. But he was shocked when many people couldn’t understand the books. They spoke Cakchiquel, a language without a Bible. Cam believed everyone should understand the Bible, so he started a linguistics school (the Summer Institute of Linguistics, known today as SIL) that trained people to do Bible translation. The work continued to grow, and in 1942 Cam officially founded Wycliffe Bible Translators.
Over the following decades, Wycliffe celebrated many milestones — from the first translation completed in 1951, all the way to the 500th translation completed in 2000. Around the same time, Wycliffe adopted a new challenge — a goal of starting a Bible translation project in every language still needing one by 2025.
YAJASI flies to Papua’s most isolated communities—serving both Bible translation and local people. They currently fly four Pilatus PC-6s and a Pilatus PC-12. We helped YAJASI get off the ground back in 1993, and we’ve partnered with them ever since.
In 2014, YAJASI’s airplanes accumulated 2,885 hours of flying, carrying 12,666 passengers and 944,633 kilograms of cargo. They flew 373,930 miles, or about 15 times around the world, with 4,318 successful takeoffs and landings.
YAJASI supports Bible translation projects in remote areas of Papua using four rugged, turbine-powered Pilatus PC-6s and a larger PC-12. A fifth PC-6 is needed to meet the expanding number of requests for their service.
Planes are the only safe way to reach many villages in Papua. Another PC-6 means our partner can serve Bible translation even better—with more flights, less delays, and lower prices. Will you help provide the crucial fifth turbine-powered PC-6 for YAJASI’s fleet?
